Rock Vox Academy has grown significantly in the past year and it has been wonderful to see. We started off with Hayley as a vocal coach and owner and now we have two additional vocal coaches Harmony & Sharon. Sharon also offers lessons in Piano, Violin, Viola, Clarinet, Recorder and Music Theory. Jamie offers lessons in Guitar, Bass Guitar, Double Bass and Ukulele. Mark offering lessons in Drums. Ellie offering lessons in Drama/Musical Theatre. There is something for all!

Hayley offers 1-1 Vocal Coaching and themed Vocal Workshops in the Rock Vox Academy professional Studio. Hayley also works within 4 local schools. All lessons will be tailored to each individuals needs. A singing teacher with over 20 years teaching experience, fully enhanced DBS checked ready to take you to the next level.
Hayley also performs regularly with her original band Free 2 Decide and their debut album was released in May 2024.
Hayley teaches in the RVA Studios on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursday evenings. Hayley also teaches some lessons in the daytime and teaches in three local schools so get in touch to book on.
Harmony is Rock Vox Academy owners daughter. Harmony from a young age loved performing and still does regularly. Harmony's school have given her a gifted and talented award in acting and she enjoys singing both in musical theatre alongside acting and she has sung in a young teen band called Triggered. Harmony was previously in a teen band called Triggered. Harmony is studying Musical Theatre at the prestigious ADDICT Academy of Dance.
Harmony has had involvement performing as Dodger in MJH Productions show of Oliver. Harmony has also been Violet Beauregard in Charlie and The Chocolate Factory (Stamford Showstoppers) and Miss Trunchbull in Matilda (Stamford Showstoppers) and her most recent role she will be performing early july will be as Maui show of Moana (Stamford Pantomime Players). Harmony has also done several gigs and music festivals including Knipfest.
Harmony has helped other youngsters and been involved with Hayes Theatre teaching other youngsters how to act, dance and sing. Harmony hopes to give confidence and encourage other young singers she teaches to take to the stage.

Sharon has a breadth of knowledge and enjoys teaching students from complete beginner to more experienced performer. Sharon has enjoyed performing in Ceilidh Bands in the past. Sharon is DBS checked and currently teaches on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday evenings in the RVA Studios.

Jamie - Guitar, Bass, Double Bass & Ukulele Coach
Drum Coach - Mark
Jamie has over fifteen years playing experience and three years teaching experience. While he is a jazzer at heart, he teaches a range of styles, from blues to rock and pop.
When he’s not teaching, Jamie can often be found in the orchestra pit for musical theatre shows, where an ability to play a range of styles is paramount. As well as a range of styles, Jamie also plays a range of instruments, including ukulele, guitar, bass and double bass.
Jamie will be teaching on Tuesdays 4-9pm, get in touch to book on.
Mark has been playing drums professionally for 35 years. He started playing locally before moving to London to sign a publishing deal with MCA publishing. He later joined British band The Hoax to record and perform across the UK, Europe, and the USA. During this time he started teaching drums and continues to do so both locally and nationally for beginners and experienced drummers alike. Mark teaches drums at the Rock Vox Academy 4.30-9pm on Thursdays.

Drama Coach - Ellie
Ellie has been teaching Drama for the last 18 years across the East Midlands to Children, young adults and adults. She has taught in different schools and now teaches LAMDA to both primary and secondary school students.
Ellie is an avid performer and loves directing too, pantos, plays and musicals. Theatre is her passion both onstage and behind the scenes.
