Terms and Conditions
Please note we do have terms and conditions all families and students signing up for lessons do adhere to. All our teachers here at Rock Vox Academy offer a one off first lesson with no sign up giving all our students the opportunity to try a lesson at first to see if it is for them.
After the first lesson if the student continues with us we then invoice for the rest of the half terms fees which are to be paid for the remaining weeks in advance this is to secure their place with us. If for whatever reason you/your child decide to stop lessons we do ask for a half terms notice to be given. This is to cover room hire fees and expenses and lesson preparation also giving us time to ensure we can fill that place with a new student.
We do ask for notice if you/your child cannot attend a lesson to let us know but due to us booking that slot for them we cannot make up that lesson time. If any of our teachers cancel a lesson however they will either offer you an alternative slot or will deduct it off the next half term of fees.
All lessons and examinations can be discussed with yours/your child's teacher, if they cannot discuss with you in person you will have a email/number to contact if you need any queries answering.
